My parents were renting one of their houses to a couple in the state of Florida. The attendants ended up damaging the house completely. We finally got them kicked out, but we want to sue for all the damages and 6 months of payments we didn’t receive.

I’m looking for a lawyer and I want to know what kind of firm to search for… what is the title of a lawyer whom deals with things like this??
